Seaton Performance uses Styku 3D Body Scanning to provide its clients with the most advanced fitness analysis technology. In just 35 seconds millions of measurements are extracted in 3D like waist, hip, thigh and more with less than 1% error. The body measurements are then leveraged to calculate body fat % with incredibly high precision. This process helps us dial in the precise areas of conditioning, set specific & measurable goals, and track progress while watching your body transform right before our very own eyes!

29 year old father of two, former NFL Player, and Current 1st Phorm Legionaire who found his passion for personal training after retiring from the NFL.

Seaton has always loved sharing the knowledge gained from working with the very best strength & conditioning coaches, nutritionists, trainers, and corrective exercise specialists. For the past decade he’s been using his expansive knowledge of fitness to help others transform their bodies, and even trained others through college and career with the NFL. His unique experiences, education, and lifetime passion for fitness, provides a rare and exclusive opportunity for those looking to change their lives while achieving their wellness goals.

Seaton believes in a hands on approach as being key to success.
